Best trx workout Plan For Improving Health and Performance

Building a trx workout plan is key to achieving your end outcome of improving health and performance. Key things to remember when building a trx workout plan. All the most complex exercises should be put at the beginning of the workout. Due to the demand on the nervous system. So anything that involves being on one leg should be moved to the top of the workout plan.

Instructions:

  • Place back foot into the straps
  • Drawing your belly button in towards your spine bend your knee to lower into a neutral spine
  • Maintain natural spine and pull your knees towards you
  • Breathe out as you draw your hands towards you
Movement Patterns: Pistol Squat
Equipment Used: Bodyweight and Suspension strap 

Instructions:

  • Place hands into the straps
  • Drawing your belly button in towards your spine bend your knee to lower into a neutral spine
  • Maintain natural spine and pull your knees towards you
  • Breathe out as you draw your hands towards you
Movement Patterns: Trx Single leg deadlift

Instructions:

  • Maintain a slight bend in your knee
