  • Draw the belly button inwards rotate your torso away from the cable while simultaneously pulling the handle down across your body. Keep your pelvis facing forward.
  • Slowly return to the top.

  • Standing in a split stance knee bent feet a comfortable distance apart.
  • Holding the cable handle draw your belly button inwards keeping your pelvis fixed initiate the movement with your trunk simultaneously pulling the cable handle towards your shoulder and rotating your trunk in the same direction.
  • Reverse the motion until you reach the start position.
